How do I request service?
Book online through Housecall Pro, complete the request form on our contact page, call (949) 685-9080, or send us a text message.
How much is the service call?
The service call is $65 and covers diagnosis. The repair price depends on the diagnosis and will be provided after the appliance is inspected.
What appointment windows are available?
You can choose a three-hour arrival window beginning with 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and ending with 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.
What appliances and brands do you repair?
We repair major kitchen and laundry appliances from the premium and mainstream brands listed on our services page.
Which areas do you serve?
FixUp Appliance serves the 18 South Orange County communities listed on our service area page.
Do you offer a repair warranty?
Workmanship on completed repairs is backed by a service warranty. Your technician will confirm the exact coverage for your repair before starting work.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Yes, please have an adult present so the technician can access the appliance and review the diagnosis and options with you directly.
